DUE DILIGENCE PROCESSES FOR SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING
This is Creative Enterprise has a zero-tolerance policy towards slavery and human trafficking. This is Creative Enterprise expects all organisations in its supply chain and any contractors to comply with its values.
As part of its initiative to identify and mitigate risk, This is Creative Enterprise has in place systems to encourage the reporting of concerns and ensure the protection of whistle-blowers.
This is Creative Enterprise requires that all supply chain providers have suitable anti-slavery and human trafficking policies and processes.
AWARENESS AND TRAINING
The 'This is Creative Enterprise' management team is responsible for compliance, for its respective sub-contracted services and supplier relationships and have been trained accordingly.
All employees and sub-contracted team members receive an induction into the organisation where its policies, procedures and expectations are outlined and reviewed on an annual basis.

This is Creative Enterprise uses the following key performance indicators to measure how effective it has been in ensuring that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any part of its business or supply chain:
We also have a number of associated policies including a Safeguarding & Child protection policy and Equality & Diversity policy and procedures, as part of our equality duty which includes the elimination of unlawful discrimination.
TICE is also committed to the continual assessment of recruitment procedures and practices in order to comply with current employment legislation, and recruit staff according to best practice.
