Welcome to TICE

Designed for schools. Driven by industry. Built for young people.

TICE brings the creative industries into schools through real-world projects, hands-on workshops, and direct industry insight.

We work with secondary schools, colleges, and young people aged 13–18, helping students explore creative careers in a way that feels relevant, practical, and inspiring.

From fashion and photography to music, illustration, and digital media, our experiences are designed to help young people build confidence, develop skills, and understand where they could fit within the creative industries.

  • Creative industry projects designed as real-world briefs, guiding students through ideas, challenges, and outcomes that reflect how the creative industries work.

Each Live Brief combines structured support, industry insight, and practical tasks, helping students develop skills, grow in confidence, and explore creative career pathways.

  • Practical, hands-on sessions delivered in schools and partner venues.

Designed to introduce creative industries and develop key skills, these workshops can be delivered as standalone experiences or combined with our Live Briefs, giving schools the flexibility to shape a programme that works for their students.

  • A creative careers conference for young people, and the only experience of its kind in the North East.

Bringing students together with industry professionals, TICE Fest offers panels, live challenges, and interactive sessions that give real insight into creative roles, skills, and future pathways.

Build Your TICE Experience

A creative Live Brief exploring fashion illustration through collage and mixed media, supported by Ambridge Studio.

Students experiment with composition, texture, and visual storytelling, developing skills used by stylists, designers, and creative professionals who communicate ideas through imagery and mood.
